Fermented in oak, the golden colored 2008 Le Clos is very pure yet complex on the densely scented nose that has a nice oxidative touch with chalk and discreet oak and mushroom aromas. Very clear and precise. The palate is dense and tensioned, very fresh and elegant and reveals a very long and tightly structured finish with richness, saltiness and purity.
